eh... it really depends on the person, some actually do very well with group therapy, and some therapists believe group therapy is an important part of the process with certain problems... it really depends. but it is possible, absolutely possible, and when you start to get back into it i'm guessing you will eventually uncover the reason you sometimes believe that its not possible. so you're welcome, but remember whatever progress or changes we make, we do to ourselves despite whatever help we get in life. its ultimately you that can take all the thanks and praise... for yourself. i sincerely hope the best
