I've been getting a mixture of both lately, and I love it.

I have always enjoyed tutoring/teaching/mentoring.

And, I have been teaching and training the INFJ I mentioned just a moment ago. That is probably why she saw through my "robot" facade.

I really like working with people and helping them grow.

I feel very comfortable in my job. I'm a software developer and manage the department.

I'm very INTJ when I'm at work.

There is actually only one person that has seen through my INTJ mode at work - an INFJ.

Everyone else thinks I'm a robot, haha.

I enjoy the job. I love solving problems, and it gives me the opportunity to be a major problem solver.

Nah. I suspect it's more of an age thing. Same with not being comfortable with "chat-speak" - I know I don't care for it.
