I think my restoration was 70+ with my main character (level 64, but shelved the game for now), and if I recall I had mana issues, but I put most of my level up points into health and stamina so it was understandable.

Golldir, can't remember if he was one of the Companions or not, but one of them kept running around asking me the same question over and over again. I thought I had ditched him at one point, but he found my character, several dozen hours later

i could have fixed that for ya :/ cables get stretched out over time and sometimes need adjustment, especially if you snagged it on something. if that didnt fix it then the front derailleur just needs to be adjusted, theres two set screws built in for that.
