You have to remember that something strange happens in university libraries. When anyone makes unnecessary noise or tries to communicate, the students get vicious. It's peculiar. You could get attacked for trying to make friends.

I cannot be certain, but I would assume they usually have had some courses in library and information sciences.

Supposedly, Victorian England won out on an official poll, I'd prefer that to any setting that's been proposed so far (except Egypt, if done right).
