Mr. F, I understand that you have a life and all, but it would be genial if you could grace us with your brilliance in the grammar rehab thread, especially for this and this.

True, true! It demands that we adapt to its eccentricities and irrationalities, and it's always our fault if we misconstrue or misinterpret. Down with it, I say! We've earned our right to self-governance. Vive la résistance!

Are we both guilty of bullying the English language? Should we feel some guilt?

Glad to hear I'm not the only one who does this! But at the same time, once the definition is known, it's fun to use it out of context in order to create double-entendrés or to add an additional nuance to the substance of what you're attempting to communicate.

Ha ha...in MBTI terms, disengage Ti and lock into bouncy Ne!

Out of curiosity, do you ever find yourself misinterpreting the meaning of words or misusing them, because of the way they sound?

That's exactly what I look like when attempting to create a logical structure for the English language!

Thanks for the recommendation. Took a quick peek of the overview. Sounds like Atwood's interpretation of today's construct. A warning.

thank you, Owen.. I like you too, and I very much like INTPs! I've looked into Berens' interaction styles and I think I relate more to charting the course then directing...My Fi is really strong, yes. But I can say that I relate to being INFJ than being INFP. I have to say my Fi is equally developed with that of my Te, but Ni dominates my consciousness. Being a fire child, I guess I'm too feisty to be INFP.

    Good morning! *hugs you*
