25 years here. I've tried to stop saying what I think, which stops pretty much all the direct confrontations... Our daughter is 16, still at home, so we just kind of ignore it. Sucks, huh? I need my own "weekend" home.

awesome! i would say the same thing as far as a metamorphosis. though, looking back, it seems life itself is a metamorphosis of sorts. change is good, very good.
i'm doing great as well. after taking a year off from high school, i got a wild hair up my ass and said, 'you know what, i think i'm gonna go to college.' then applied to devry 2 weeks before the summer term, got in, and am now on my way to getting a computer engineering degree.
