Yes, that is the "risk" they run.

Talking about "neat little boxes"... you are going to see quite a bit of that on the threads when it comes to MBTI, so be prepared. Then again, you have to expect it because trying to fit billions of people into just 16 categories is asking for trouble.

Agreed and on that note, it seems odd that one would restrict themselves in that manner. There are always going to be exceptions to the rule with things of a subjective nature and by saying you're only attracted to certain ethnicity, you're going to make yourself look and feel like an 'asshat' when you fall for someone outside of that neat little box called 'preference'.

Yes, everyone is different but still... Even if one becomes attracted to someone based on physical characteristics alone, there are "beautiful" people of all ethnicities and of any combination of ethnicities. To say that one is only attracted to specific ethnicities just does not compute for me. Yes, people have preferences, but...

There are so many variables which affect "attraction." By virtue of it being so subjective, maybe I am wrong to question it... I need to consider this more. For now, all I know that ethnicity is the last thing I worry about.

I'm not sure, I guess everyone different. I don't usually judge people on physical characteristics when it comes to attraction to begin with, so for me, it has to be a case by case basis, because I won't know if I like them until I get to know them.

Why is it that more people don't adopt this view???
