Most of the things I do require virtually no preparation. I walk into a classroom, pick up a marker, and start lecturing. 2 - 4 hours later (depending on the class), I walk out. Board meetings and advisory positions, likewise. Because of this, I can schedule them back-to-back, and go from one to another with just enough time to make the trip.
