I don't know so much about blends. Greek tranditional coffee is not as strong and dark as Italian, but we use different procedure to make it. We boil the "powder" of coffee in to a "brig"-it's an appliance we use to make coffee- and we don't use any kind of filter. So the taste of Greek coffee is different from the others. But the aroma is the same! I think we use a mixture of blends to create unique aromas!
I liked the songs you've sent me. Especially the one with the "pistolero". Thanks!
Thanks, well that blend is found throughout most of the Near East and Cyprus. I'm not sure what blend is traditionally used in Greece, but I assume it's the same as Italy?
The Italian roasts are near darkest, French is your darkest, they are nice for espressos, but generally I make espressos with the Arabica bean. The robusto has more caffeine and less flavour.
Hmm, very good taste, very well informed about coffees and very diplomatic answer - I like the Armenian style (Greek or Turkish coffee too) but not all the time. I enjoy a small espresso (with some sugar and milk in it) and I love most kind of coffees - when they are made with the right portion of coffee (not too strong - not too mild)!
Hmm, I like Arabica beans, generally a lighter roast, although a medium is nice for most of the time. Generally in Italy and France they use Robusto beans in a Dark roast, but that can be bitter, and has less flavour than the Arabica bean. Also I must say I love the Armenian style (also called Arab, Greek or Turkish (meh lol) style coffee).
Let's say, sometimes I have to face strong competition from other women and compliments from intelligent guys like you makes me feel really better! Thank you very much for the songs. I will listen to them in the evening, cause I'm leaving for my work right now. Many many regards,
I like your language...and your compliments too. Sometimes I really need compliments from friends. Thank you. I was trying to find some good mexican songs the other day, but I couldn't. Do you have any to suggest me?
It's my language, it's the language of Mexico, spoken by the Aztecs and Toltecs, before the Spaniards came. On my father's side I am Nahuatl, my mother's side is Irish. Auh e noahahuiac te xontlachia pipiltic cihuatzintli (and it's my pleasure, you look like you're of nobility)
It's more how it's presented, I mean, look at a movie like Scream vs. The Shining, Scream has lots of blood and death...yet it doesn't frighten, the Shining has only two deaths in the entire movie. It's mostly psychological, it's rather the temperature of the colours, the sounds, the timing.
