People like society as a function of individual lives, yet we develop complex systems that make up the society that have meaning beyond the individuals who help maintain it. Our relationship to society is like a cell to the human body, and the whole thing is almost as much more complex. As humans have qualities that help them survive, so do societies have qualities that help them survive. Over time, some societies pick up qualities that make them stronger in the future, and others pick up qualities that will make them weaker in years to come.
ah Zsych, hehe, I find I often nod my head and agree with many of your posts as you seem very reasonable. I'll write a PM and give you more context. I suspect it is misunderstandings that tend to pile up so maybe some background could help you out.
