All these things are in my line of sight and I like to look at them when I'm thinking.

That depends on what you mean by screwed up. I have very high standards for myself, so getting 29/30 on my linear algebra mid semester test was kind of perceived by me as "screwing up"

Under more sane standards... I don't really screw up much since I am careful not to. hmmm I don't know, maybe forgetting to bring the camera battery charger for a 1 month holiday in Europe over a year ago. Thats probably the last time I seriously screwed up.
