On the emotional front it would be ~ The heart is an involuntary muscle - by Monique Proulx.. there are passages that resonated deeply and reflected who i was at that time and who i wanted to be once the storm was weathered. Whether i read it because of where i was or if it was serendipitous timing the result was the same..The book gave me direction by allowing me to analyze emotions very close to my own and be detached enough to find teh solution/direction i needed.. I became omnidimensional again..

I am starting to read Anais Nin and its not the actual plot lines and such it is her phrasing that some time stop me in my tracks and require thought... whether it be

Weapon of choice? Depends on the situation. For the average situation I am thinking about that 9mm, along with civilian body armor and a concealed carry license. (love the Indiana lifetime thing...) For home protection? I would love to put in some active automated defenses, but those are illegal for civilians. Such a shame too.

Oh, theres all sorts of things. But one I always envisioned was a CS gas dump in the house once I saw intruders over the home closed circuit system. Not sure how much cleanup that would need. But, the reality is it would be a battery / cellphone backed monitoring system that would alert me via the internet or cell, then I would call the police.

I was in this theater-like place and people there were trying to kill me. They kept bombarding me with these bludger-like things (and this was before I'd even heard of Harry Potter, so there's no relation there) and shooting flames at me. Near the end, I was flattened on the ground at one point, and was trying to access an internal power. Finally, I was able to summon it and wield it to destroy everything and everyone that was trying to kill me. The bludger-like balls burst into gold dust and fireworks.

There was also another one in which I was stealing this large emerald or colored diamond at this function in broad daylight at a lodge type of place. When "they" came after me while still there, I jumped from the porch/balcony and flew. I flew over fields and mountains and rivers. It was amazing and felt so free.

i have some photography, an asian painting on rice paper of the word for Tiger and another of bamboo (given to me by asian artists back in college), i have an income tax map that i'd like to frame at one point (mainly b/c it's weird), it'd be fun to have a periodic table (again, b/c it'd be weird), i'd like to frame my target from when i shot a gun for the first time, and i also like this painting (it's part of a triptic, but I like it as a stand alone):

How often do you clean your home, and do you have any odd quirks where this is concerned?

Daily, I live in a one bedroom apartment..have to or i'd have to turn the lights on. No quirks...just cleaning.


Does listening to music tend to make you speed more than if it was off?

Yes. Easily influenced by different rhythms. Prefer dance/house when writing papers as it inspires me. I read much slower when I'm not listening to music, which is rare indeed.

Remember the qualitites in your children that drive you crazy when they are small are the ones that you will admire in them as adults..

Put things into perspective when dealing with two stubborn, strong will toddlers that are exactly 12 months apart...

About six months ago, when an close (at the time) friend betrayed me and someone else I care about... she showed beyond a doubt that she would only be loyal if it were convenient for her. It was made worse by the fact that I'd spent the last year defending her from people who tried to tell me what she was really like.

I have also hit the rails from Edmonton to Jasper and was cut off in the bar car...it was a memorable trip...

Depends on what kind of life experience. For example, I'm aware of many young men/women who raised themselves online. Are their virtual experiences as valid as in real life ones? EDIT: Yes, I've done things against my morals, alcohol usually being involved.

No. Depends on what level of personal psychosis someone is at. It's like a big ego-onion. There are beggars and there are choosers. You can either thank God for what you've got or choose to make it better. Same goes for a lot of different choices.

generally, within constraints of one's life (e.g. there have been times when stuff other than ME was front and center in my life, and my body was far from the focus of my attention) But normally, yes.

tired.. Physically, when i am at work yes... but that is due to my schedule i work 14 days 12 hours at a time then have 14 days off...
