Anyone have any experience with shirataki noodles? I picked up a few packages out of curiosity during my last grocery trip. They're made from the uber-cool-sounding devil's tongue.

These wonders can be used in any dish that normally calls for noodles, and have the consistency of rice vermicelli. Only they've got no calories and loads of fiber, filling you up fast.

Tonight I sauteed them with chopped peppers, scallion, and a basic mix of soy sauce/ginger/white wine, with excellent results. Topped it with a wad of kimchi for kick.
If you can find them in a nearby market, I'd highly recommend them!
