2 questions for u guys

1) What is you real life superpower?
2) If you had superpowers what would it be?

my answer would be:

1) Can read people's mind. Pieces things together(usually hearing what other people are saying) and make conclusions.
In my dreams I usually have the power of telekinesis. It feels so real sometimes

2) The Flash(Bart Allen) - What can be more powerful than reading at lightning speed and retaining all the information.

I'd like to be able to mind read so that I can manipulate people more effectively. ;D And I won't mind having the ability to fly.

For real life superpowers... Is the ability to scare people off at a glance counted? :-?

My real-life superpower; the ability to instantly define a course of action in adverse conditions – to find a way out of no way. People often come to me with, "OMG! What do I do now!!" panics – whether business, or family – and I end up devising a workable solution when there seemed not to be one.

What superpower would I like to have? "X-Ray" vision! Not true x-rays, like what you get when the dentist x-rays your teeth, but the Superman-comic type of X-Ray Vision. I don't know why, I just think it would be cool.

As an INTJ I feel that we have a pretty good CPU for a brain. For me personally, I think(i changed feel to think so that others in this forum will accept me. Borderline T/F here) I think I need more RAM to handle all the fragmented thoughts that drifts into my head when I am thinking. Does anyone else feel this way?

I have another superpower I forgot to mention. The ability to disappear when the social situation seems intense.

My real-life superpower is stealth-mode: the ability to withdraw, unnoticed, from a meeting, conference, party, social situation, etc. People will look up and say "Hey, where did Doppelbock go?" Too late, I'm long gone.

If I could have an additional superpower it would be hella-awesome memory, because my real-life memory sucks.

Real Life Superpower: Psychometry, the ability to obtain information from an object/subject without entering in contact with them. Really, the phrase I hear the most is "How did you know that?!"

Ideal Superpower: The power to create Ice. To become Ice would be awesome too. Imagine the possibilities!

If I could choose to have a superpower, I'd choose time manipulation. Imagine:

1) You are in an argument or debate. You could stop time and take about 5 hours to think of a good comeback.
2) You're in a boring meeting. Simply stop time and walk out, or fast-forward the meeting.
3) When you play dodgeball, you could slow down time and use matrix-like dodges.
4) No more rush hour; you could stop time and swerve around every car.
5) If you make a mistake, you can simply go back in time to fix it.
6) Don't like the law? Go back to 1787 and edit the constitution. No need to become a politician!
7) Visit the future, steal future technologies, go back to the present, and take over the world.
8) If you could stop time, wouldn't that make you immortal?

Haha. I think all of us(INTJs I mean) are pretty adept at becoming invisible. Haha. What a convenient power it is.
If I could have one I would choose the ability to tell my cells to do whatever I wanted them to. Complete control over the structure and functions of my cells! THE POSSIBILITIES ARE LIMITLESS!!!!!!!!! I could learn everything because I could stop myself from aging! I could become an intelligent wolf(my dream. I love wolves. Much more than people anyways...)
This really is Super. I mean... This would mean being able to create/break chemical bonds at will...

Wow, me too! I adore them with all my soul. And I've seen another member here with a wolf avatar. Coincidence? I don't think so!

Are we INTJs just naturally attracted to wolves? Their ability to adapt is so obvious when you look at the different places they are able to live. Also the pack thing is a bit enviable. Being able to be together and not have to... work too hard for it. You know? I think that is a great part of this forum. With Jezebel as our alpha... Not the best analogy, but you can only get so far.
Anyways, complete control over my cells.

I used to think I was invisible in real life. Alas - mere delusion.

Does Silence count? I can be very very quiet.

If I could have any superpower the one I would probably most use would be the power to smite.

If it was a happy power just for me (ie. no idiots in need of smiting), I'd choose to fly... and be impervious to temperature.

My real life power is (social) invisibility.
Me desired power is (literal) invisibily... and flight. *whoosh!*

There's a super power quiz on this thread (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) if you're interested! *

1. Probably technical problem solving, which seems to be very natural to me. In my area of expertise I can pinpoint problems with only very little information. And if the information isn't sufficient I will often ask a "apparently random" question to fill in the gaps. Its just plain logical reasoning and knowing your stuff but for others it sometimes looks like "magic" :)

2. Knowing the Vulcan nerve pinch :devilish:

1) Being able to tell sarcasm with a completely natural face. People think I'm serious.

2) Being able to hmm...fly I guess. But that's not so practical....nnooo being able to synthesize anything with 100% yield. that would be freakin sweet. or being able to tell what the molecule is off the NMR spectrum with no thought. something of the sort. hehe.

1) What is you real life superpower?

I have a very, very strong intuition, to the point that I can sense events before they happen to a certain extent or find my way into/out of places that I've never been to before.

2) If you had superpowers what would it be?
To kill people with my mind, with impunity and no mess. Seriously. Many people anger me (eg people who ask me about their asinine computer problems) and the ability to simply end them would be a power that I would use several times per day.

1. Garn. You humans keep mentioning invisibility. I have that, but it's usually the type that I can't turn off (and don't normally wish to). Kind of annoying sometimes, though. I'll be in a line of some sort, awaiting some service, and the provider of whatever service it happens to be will creepily look through me and look startled as I wave. Stuff like that. How's about also (although I figure that this would also be common to the I. N. T. J. type) ---> The ability to produce feelings of worth in those whom I deign to compliment. Man, that is creepy. I very rarely compliment anyone. Either they were doing their job or they weren't, usually. But when I do, I find them quite easily manipulated. Must use this ability wisely.

2. Omnipotence, yo. Or, if that isn't allowed, the phasing through things ability sounds pretty achingly useful. Nobody could stop you, and when you needed to hide out someplace, you could just phase into the ground and somehow swim (I don't know how it's supposed to work) to some empty morgue bed or something.

My real life superpower is I can improve at guitar just by imagining I'm playing, although studies show that we all have the ability to do so in a broader sense i.e. not just at guitar but at any activity.

What superpower would I want? Be prepared for multi-power cramming. I'd wanna be like the Hulk while retaining my intellect and personality during a Hulk-out. He has nearly infinite strength which is dependent on his anger, is all but invincicle and even when something does manage to hurt him he heals faster than Wolverine as a result of his super-angry metabolism, his strength to mass ratio is insanely low which means he can run faster than anyone else with speeds exceeding 200mph, not to mention how much faster he is than even that when he just leaps, he's even done things that go completely against physics, even for the Marvel Universe, like changing direction mid-jump.

Another good one would be Quicksilver or the Flash, they both are stronger than normal humans, can run at supersonic speeds, have an extremely efficient metabolism so that they a: get more calories out of their food and b: heal a few times faster than normal, maybe something like 5-10 times faster. And these things are all side affects of these guys' main power, speed for them and strength for Hulk.

Wolverine's another one. Even before he mutated further his healing meant he could see more clearly than anyone else, smell things others couldn't (but more in a dog kind of way, y'know, most things don't "stink" to dogs), hearing and so forth, plus his muscles would heal faster after a workout so it was alot easier to build up muscle mass and I'll also bet fast twitch fiber.

If, however, I was forced to choose just one power that doesn't have any beneficial side effects, I'd go with some crazy wolverine healing where you can regenerate your entire body in minutes so long as your brain is still intact.

My superpower appears to be able to make people squirm/recoil in mild horror when I look at them intently.

I would love to be able to heal any hurt or illness that any living creature had, that would be the superpower of superpowers.

Apparently my real power is listening, it seems that I give off some vibe that makes people want to open up to me, I often hear "I don't know why I'm telling you this" I think it's my expression I have learned to put a look of caring and concern on the outside while internally I'm thinking WTF why won't this person just go away.

If I could have any power it would be the ability to transport myself and/or anything that I wished to anywhere. I could image Great universities building large facilities here on earth and me transporting them to orbit around the heavenly body of their choosing, big hotel chains creating vast complexes to be stationed around/on other planets and transport it and the people at the same time, space for everyone. Oh and I'd probably collect a reasonable fee for my service way cheaper then NASA or any other company.
