This is one thing that got into my mind, but I couldn't find any information on that anywhere.

It'll probably still work.

Yes, it's very likely that he will not become pregnant.

It may result in feminizing him. The pill contains estrogen and progesterone, which would inhibit/override testosterone to some degree, reducing libido and possibly resulting in breast growth, lactating, and a more feminine fat distribution.
It would have little effect if you took only one, though. These effects would be more pronounced if you continued taking it, and it may vary depending on how much of those hormones are in the pill. I imagine the amount of hormone has to be significant in order to inhibit pregnancy, though.
I'm not 100% positive about this, though.

^^ You're probably pretty right. My guess is that it wouldn't do much without an anti-androgen (on account of testosterone being "stronger" than estrogen and progesterone), but I'm not an endocrinologist or an MTF transsexual, so I can't say I have a clue about what I'm talking about anyway.
... So, any of you guys out there want to try it? It would be an interesting experiment, no doubt.

My doctor says that it won't do anything except make a man a bit emotional. It's the estrogen, I believe.

In that case I might as well have a few beers.
