:-X the subject line has the only descriptors that mean anything to me.
A few BLOGS are started and I will share those later.
I am on IM (Trillian) most of the time and I just signed up for SightSpeed Free.
Yes, INTJs -- and NTs -- generally (especially if they are introverted, reserved and shy as is my case) are few in numbers and counter-culture in the way that they relate interpersonally.
So, I am thinking to form a (in progress) a sub rosa to undermine the status quo.

I love Stoicism. The man who's name I'm using was a Stoic.

Yes, yes ;)
I have an Alexander thing going -- introspection and single-minded purpose.
sometimes it scares even me.

Hi futureperfect5, I'm curious.
...being a botanist, I probably have a different perspective on what sub rosa might mean.
What do you mean it to mean???
Like your intro by the way.

Well, ... this is a small group ...
sub rosa means for me in this context clandestine
There are many esoteric groups which quietly and privately form international communities and conduct their business.
Most of these groups have their footing in the past and ancient rituals.
:-X speaking candidly as a futurist, the present and the future are what is important to me.
So, we think toward how to construct the best future and work to make it happen.
Yes, there are groups -- or, at least one -- that involves individuals (men and women) who are perhaps spiritual, but free-thinking.
No dogma, few rituals ... no meglomania intended.
Unlike Mensa, we're not testing intelligence (there are some surveys).
Most are non-partisan and quite mobile. For instance, I lived outside the States for over 15 years. There are many ex-pats and most are multi-lingual.
There aren't any big temples or "lodges" like the Masons. Frankly, I think of them as having a lot of baggage from the past, although there were Masons in my family who where influential in my life.
It makes the sub rosa interests more ... private. So,
