Anyone see this movie? What did you think? I liked it a lot. It had an interesting twist to and was kind of like two movies in one. Some people didn't like that, but I thought it was kind of cool. I thought the movie was refreshingly creative compared to the typical "superhero" movies. So far it has got poor reviews by the critics, but I think the critics expect it to be the status quo hero movie, via Batman, Spiderman, etc...

I enjoyed the idea of Superman being a crotchety boozehound, so I thought the first movie was pretty good. I didn't really like the second as much. But I don't mind it too much even when a movie flat-out sucks. If I spent the money and time on it, I'd rather just let it slide than be bitter about it. (Happy endings are starting to piss me off, though.)
