Hi everyone! Just a quick intro - I'm one of the few female INTJ's. I've taken the tests 3x in the last 10 years with the same result. I never gave it much thought as I'm not into labeling people, so I never really read much about the "diagnosis" other than to know what I already knew; I'm not like the rest of the kids!! Guess now I am at the age where I want to figure out what is wrong with these humans I am forced to work with!! j/k! Really, I am not arrogant or an elitist...far from it.
Chat with ya' later!

Welcome to the forum! Glad you made it in.

Not so few INTJ females around here. According to the poll we have going on here (http://intjforum.com/YaBB.pl?num=1191391323), our gender distribution is almost split in half on this forum. (not to say it's 100% accurate...but yeah, quite a few females here).

...you are not alone; as an INTJ, nor as a female. I'm sure all the ladies here will give you a rousing, "wassup girlfriend!"

I tend to avoid labeling people also, especially myself. Though the more I think about it the more I can see realisms in the whole personality type thing. Assuming people will automatically be a certain way or act a certain way can derive from arrogance, but understanding people, and why they act the way they do can be liberating.
