This article tripped me up a little bit.
"The Yale researchers, led by Dr. Anthony van den Pol, used an existing virus related to rabies, the vesicular stomatitis virus -- as a weapon against cancerous cells."

Uh oh.
Quick. Where's some Will Smith blood?
I'm taking a preemptive antidote NOW.

I love the part where the only problem is that it may start eating healthy brain tissue when it runs out of tasty cancer to munch on lol. They will probably fix it and make it perfectly safe though... atleast until it mutates.

The similarity and the timing are freaky. Just a coincidence, I know, but...wow.

Engineer it so it can't spread, and with some sort of suicide mechanism (harder in a virus than a bacteria, but I'm sure it's possible). We're not to that point yet, but we're not to the point to engineer viruses very well anyway.
Of course, once a misanthropic INTJ gets his or her hands on this, we're all dead...
I'm afraid I'm going to have to execute you all now. CJ can live since an INFP isn't diabolical enough to try to kill all of humanity in one go :p

Somebody needs to give me the Vial of Hope (i.e. antidote) and cover while I sneak out the back while all y'all fight off the scary virus-infected people beasts and blast the rest of humanity to pieces.
I have A Cause. Neither hell nor high water can stop me from spreading the hope to others!
