lol apparently I am not the only one who played video games while supposed to be doing a crappy job. And about like the phone conversations I would have with coworkers or bosses when they called while playing. lol

Yeah classic one. I also like how upset he gets when he thinks he won't be able to find anything again when really its still right in front of him, I can't understand that.

I like the start bit where the IT guy says "I'm not getting into an IP Telephony conversation with you" and the Sales guy replies "You pee telephony? I pee urine buddy *someone laughing in the background*"

Reminds me of a job I had in Network Admin. One of the Sales managers there used to give me a hard time when ever he could for the benefit of his female friends. It was like he enjoyed watching me squirm as he continued continued talking gibberish about some computer issue he was having. It was usually when he was in a hurry that he'd decide the problem needed fixed right then to.

I also wondered if it was scripted after the third time I heard the whole thing. At the start I thought you couldn't make this stuff up but it could be possible I guess. If it wasn't made up he should record more... the next generation of BOFH stories could be here!
