any silent hill fans ?

i played ( and still re-play every summer ) silent hill 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 ...
i didn't like the psp orgins one, and the movie was nice but not as awesome story wise as the game, can't wait for silent hill 5 ps3 version to come out :)

so if you played any of them, did you like the environment shifts throughout the game, the story-line, the combat system, what did you like, please share :)

I really enjoyed what I played of 2,3,4, but I never finished them...

I didn't finish 2 because I was too scared at the time. Having an imagination really kills.

I played silent hill 4, loved the atmosphere and the story but the gameplay and stuff was a little annoying.

Really wanted to play 2 and 3.

The movie was okay, the best game adaption so far.

I can't wait to play silent hill 5 (or resident evil 5, for that matter.) it's gonna be awesome! :thumbsup:

Long-time Silent Hill fan, I've finished every one. Usually play on Easy combat and Hard/Very Hard riddles though, since I mostly play it for the atmosphere and puzzles. SH2 was my first and is still my favorite, but SH1 is probably the scariest.

I'm hoping SH5 isn't like SHO, because that last boss was terribly designed and I didn't like how it was basically a zombie-bashing game.

i finished them all, though i was practically screaming through silent hill one, i was 12 then, and yes imagination kills, but i was determined to finish it anyway.

silent hill one is probably the scariest and longest too, silent hill 2 was scary but not as long, silent hill 3 felt too short, and 4 was long but not as scary as 1 nor 2 ...

i too can't wait for silent hill 5 ;D

Silent hill is creepy. I like it though. I have one of the games for my psp.
