hi.. ok lets play a game pick any 4 digit number for me I will use 3425
Rearrange the numbers in ascending and descending order. Example 2345 and 5432
Now subtract the highest from the lowest e.g. 5432 - 2345 = 3087 now repeat
3087 becomes 0378 & 8730 ; 8730 - 0378 = 8352
Continue doing this until you can now long do it (e.g. until you find a loop).












I predict that your end result will be 6174!!
Go on and try it. How's that for alien technology?
