Freddie Kruger (Nightmare on Elm Street) - ENTP
The Riddler (Batman comics) - INTJ
Kaiser Soise (Usual Suspects) - INTJ

Madame Merle/Gilbert Osmond - The Portrait of a Lady (hence my username)[James] - ISFJ/ESTP
The Snow Queen - (The Snow Queen... obv.) [Andersen] INFP
The Marquise de Merteuil - Les Liaisons Dangereuses [Laclos] ESTJ
Goneril, Regan and Edmund from King Lear. [Shakespeare] INTJ/ESFJ/INTJ
Richard III - Richard III (really the hero, but very much a villain) [Shakespeare] ENTJ
Dr Moreau - The Island of Dr Moreau [H.G. Wells] - INTJ (INTP?)
Mortimer and Isabella - Edward II [Marlowe] - ESTJ, INFJ
Lady Macbeth - Macbeth [Shakespeare] - ISTJ
Phèdre - Phèdre[Racine] - INFP (again, not sure if she's a villain, really, more a tragic heroine, as can be said for Lady M, above)
Helen Alving - Ghosts [Ibsen] - ISFJ (as above, tragic but unintentionally evil)
