Is it possible to interpret the dreams of a stranger/ acquaintance? Do you enjoy listening to other people's dreams and trying to understand them? Are there types of dreams that would be more interesting than others?

I had a dream that was extremely clear to me. Yet a friend could not guess at all what the meaning was. I wonder if it looked so obvious because it was my personal dream. Would I be able to interpret it if I was a stranger? Are personal details required to interpret any dream?
My sister came to me looking very sad. She said she needed advice and told me this story. She said she met an amazing woman and fell in love with her. In order to attract her, she pretended to be a man. So they started to date and it all went very well. Now my sister was willing to go further with the relationship but she was afraid to disclose her girlfriend that she was a female too. She asked, in tears: 'Would she still love me if she knew I was a woman?'. That was the end of the dream.

No, it is not possible to interpret the dreams of another person. Nor is it possible to use someone else's "decoder book" to interpret one's own dreams.

The symbols and meaning within a dream are unique to the person. The dreamer has the key to understanding everything in his/her own dream, though it may take time and effort to do so.

I read your dream and I would suggest the following in the attempt to understand it: The characters in our dreams are the characters within ourselves, not external people we know, even if they resemble someone. Think internal, what does the character represent to you internally?

I'm assuming you are a woman - the male camouflage of the sister character may represent some part of your animus, seducing perhaps your conscious self, afraid of being found out and not being worthy for some reason?

But this is for you to explore.

Perhaps you can write down a list of characteristics you associate with each character or object in the dream. Just brainstorm it. The meaning will emerge from your own mind.
