I didn't know where to put this thread, but this seems to be as good a place as anywhere else.

My question to the rest of you is; Is there one standard Jung/Myers Briggs test?

I've taken several "online" tests, all come back with the same result, INTJ, the iNtuitive being my strength (or weakness, depending on your perspective).

I'm no Psychologist, nor into Human Resources, but I am interested in understanding things, so if there is a website that can give me definative answers and standardised tests, I'd feel a whole lot happier.

If the tests are administered by the ******ertified professional, then those are the "Real" or "Official" MBTI. Only the certified professionals can purchase the tests. Look for those.
