It didn't occur to me that your misspelling might be intentional until just now. Did you just need to get that out of your system? Or am I just over-analytical here?

I have had the opportunity to hand out diplomas at graduations probably a dozen or so times... and it's wonderful!

To see those young folks walk across the stage with a big smile on their face in front of two thousand family members... to be the one who puts that diploma in their open hand... what a rush!
