I seen this topic on the CNN web page an wanted to know what my fellow intj's thought about this proposition?

I kinda got a smile on my when I seen this question was raised. I think it would successfully maximize the potential of a general election. Besides the fact most people are off of work on Saturdays, people would naturally be inclined to vote on a day they most likely have nothing to do on. Even though the election is pretty much an event that comes with special accommodations such as getting to leave work or if your me, finding a way to completely skip work. And since its on a Saturday we should know the results before the world goes to church in the morning to praise whatever false icon they believe existed. Or just to be play a dirty trick on America, they can wait until Monday morning to release the results. Imagine what kinda ratings the networks would get for their 7 o'clock morning shows on that day. Anyway that's just my perspective, what do you all think?

Oh that's right, the elections are rigged so it doesn't really matter in the big scheme of things.

I've always thought that election day should be a holiday.

I would consider a national election holiday, but if your job makes it difficult to get to the polls you can always vote absentee. I did that in college to avoid missing classes.

If any day should be a federal holiday, I would think it should be election day.
