I'm so awed by Andy Mckee's skills. He's a genius!

Not heard of him, but listen to Nick Drake. I've been practicing his stuff since I was 14/15 and I'm only just perfecting some of his songs now 10 years later!

Do you play?

Haha. A little. I've just gotten my acoustic guitar. I used to play with my classical one. Still very amateurish!

Keep at it and you'll surprise yourself. Seems slow progress at first, but a bit of INTJ tenacity works wonders!

What Andy McKee stuff would you recommend, I'll see if i can find something?

Crikey he's pretty good. There's a guy called Raul Midon who does percussive guitar playing like that as well - though not as technical as this Andy guy.

Raul Midon pretty good. If he really enjoy complicated acoustic and classical guitar check out Phil Keaggy and Rodrigo Rodriguez.
