Anyone know any INTJ actors? I want to give it a shot, I feel like acting is my best talent. Just wanted to see if any other INTJ's made it big.

I think Edward Norton is an INTJ. He's one of the best.

Chevy Chase is one, I think.

The funny thing about actors is that most of the time when we see them....they're acting. I'm sure that there are INTJ actors, but it would probably be difficult to predict which ones, I think, since by their nature they're going to stay out of public eye as much as possible.

I would think it difficult for an INTJ to be an actor with a wide range.
I think Dan Akyroyd is listed as INTJ. I wouldn't really consider him a great actor. I think a lot of his roles have spawned from his own writing projects.
We're too robotic to exhibit a wide range of emotions at the drop of a hat. I think we could play a select few roles well, but not many. Plus, we don't have the patience and whatever else we would need to put up with all the bullshit in Hollywood.

The wikipedia page about INTJ states that, basing on Kersey's temperament sorter, Arnold Schwarznegger is an INTJ. And I think you should try it. Maybe the typical INTJ is not very good in some roles, but there are plentiful of possibilities for a "stone-faced" person in acting. And no person is alike; I have never seen you acting, you are the best judge of yourself.

Funny I just posting a reply about how I became really good at acting by trying to hide myself from the world. I feel the most secure, when I am hiding in plain sight.

If you love it, go for it. Be the best INTJ actor you can be.

Alan Rickman.
Ya know I am not positive of her type but I think Jody Foster is an INTJ.
She is without question an NT though.

Believe it or not but I heard that Arnold Schwarzenegger is one.

I can't speak for other INTJs, but I have a HUGE fascination with theater!
I assume that INTJs make natural actors due to our Ni and our being forced to conform with society to an extent that we feel is unwelcome.
It is cool to meet another INTJ with a passion for acting.
What got you interested, may I ask?
Experiment with it a bit myself for fun. That the reason I still keep my eye out for opportunities on the side. It is fun playing make believe. Since your not playing yourself it is easier to be more extroverted when acting. Now here's the problem. While I think an INTJ can be an actor being able to sell oneself as a celebrity isn't gonna be easy. There is a lot of networking and shameless self promotion.

Arnold is ENTJ...
But Christian Bale is INTJ. Does incredible job every time!

Clint?
Edit*
Maybe not, some site said he was ISTP. I'm not very good at pinning them I guess.

Clint might be ISTP in his personal life, but professionally he works as a pedant ISTJ - focus details and quality, execution, visuals/photography, stiff gestures, "Iīll do everything myself!" attitude & etc.

It's said Frank Sinatra was INTJ.

There aren't a lot of them unfortunately. There's a good actress named Maria Bello who's been in a lot of good movies and shows, who I'm sure is an INTJ. Also, Scarlett Johannson seems very INTJ to me. And Sigourney Weaver.

Bale is a hack with wooden acting, also an adult brat.

Not exactly an "actor," but this one definitely belongs under entertainment.
I think Ann Coulter is an INTJ.

Well, if you go into details, you see he makes the difference in each movie. A lot more, that average NT/ST actor. I havenīt seen such a extreme commitment by other actors.
And what concerns his personal life, itīs all how media serves it to you. Iīm a introverted bipolar too - we all have our good and bad days...

I would never have seen most of these people as INTJ. Carrie-Ann
Moss and Sigourney Weaver are the only ones who have that feel.

I think he's INFJ. Maybe I'm wrong--I definitely think he's a dominant Ni type.
Hugh Jackman?? No. Just no.
