i was wondering about voice links. there is Evoca where you can sign up for free and record up to 15 minutes of free time a voice recording.

you know, a voice to a face to a name thing

i've read the rules and guidelines, ummmm, multiple times (like 8-15 times) and i didn't see anything that would restrict posting links to a voice recording

and i was just wondering and inquiring just to clarify if it is alright to do so

This is fine as long as the file isn't copyrighted material. If you're just talking about recording clips of yourselves speaking, I don't see that there would be an issue with your doing so.

As long as you don't plan on doing something like replacing each of your posts with an audio recording of you responding to the topic, I don't think it's a problem.

That sounds like an excellent idea! For those of us not inclined to post a mugshot, it may be much more acceptable to post an audio sample.

Though it may just start an avalanche of accent appreciation in the huggles thread...*anticipates*
