For those who watch PBS did anybody see Independent Lens the other day? It wasn't at all comedy-based, but I laughed out loud on more than one occasion as Chinese children interpreted democracy. It was unintentional parody.

Nice one, I understand the language without subtitles. Very harilous, when the 2 boys were taking peeing. I broke out laughing, your flow is not strong enough; my guess is I'm not voting for you buddy. Oh yeah, the girls were crying, then all of a sudden the boys were crying. Actually, in this type of society, emotions runs high. Its very normal in this type of society; as for an INTJ, WTF will pop into your mind more than anything else.

Actually, thanx for bringing this up. I wanted to talk about this for some time, but its inappropriate, if people don't understand what the heck I am talking about. Imagine, in China has to vote independently, talk about the long 1.4 billion ballots to count. Thats like small potatoes for the US, as compared to there. Hey, if they lost count and wanted a recount, go ahead because they need it. I definitely will lose count, after 1 million votes. What, we still got 99.4 million too go? Man this is hell, who came up with the idea that its independent anyways. Just a side joke.

The fact that you could understand the videos without subtitles tells me that you must have some sort of "insider's opinion". ;) Yeah, I would imagine that counting up all 'em votes would take a loooong time.

I watched this on British TV. It was a Brit documentary as far as I can recollect. (We have many good documentaries).

One thing I did notice (other than the obvious cultural aspects) was the rawness of the kids, its like when you're young, you act on the inherent way you are, and that as people get older they mask the way they really are (or just get confused on how they should act).

Anyway, it was great to see the "fat boy" as shown in your picture, basically get the 2 bullies and take them to the girl they were hassling and make them apologise (which they then started crying - evil wimps they are, like all bullies).

Sadly, "fat boy" didn't win the class election and some popular guy did... but "fat boy" is the real leader of the future ahead. Goodluck to him.

Lastly, it was great to watch... all societies and cultures have good and bad. *
