RoyalINTJ was not banned for disagreeing with the forum rules. This started with him flaming one of our moderators in a thread for deleting posts. He then started sending me PMs complaining about the age of my moderators. When I didn't respond favorably, he continued sending the admins PMs and emails and would not drop the issue. Around the 3rd public thread he made flaming the administration of the forum (and after multiple posts flaming our moderators and other members in other threads), we banned him.
He is now evading bans, mass PMing members and creating more threads all over the forum to flame the administrators. His behavior in this matter has only proven to me that we were justified in banning him, and we will continue to ban him. We have also deleted posts he has made under his new accounts because we don't want to encourage his behavior. If you receive any PMs from him, please report them to us.
The age restriction on the forum has nothing to do with maturity of the members. This was put in place for legal reasons. We don't want even heavier moderation on the forum content due to the legal complications that come along with knowingly having a lot of underage members. Underage members that registered prior to the change are welcome to stay and we treat them just as we would any other member (we did not make an announcement about this because it did not affect any current members). Obviously we respect their maturity as we have some of them helping us out with the forum. We realize that we don't have a way to verify the age of members, but this is fine. What matters is that the age restriction is in place and members are aware of this when they join.
