Would like to hear from other INTJs about your sleeping habbits...
Personaly i like to sleep a lot... 10-14 hours usually... tho if i analyse it... it seems that i am spending way too much time sleeping which is uneffective tho i cant help it... always hated to wake up early when i feel i want to sleep some more....
On the other hand if i must or have planed i might skip a night not sleeping and go to sleep next day in midday or early evening...

Hmm...I just like to say that I'm on the same sleep schedule Japan is. I sleep during the day and stay awake during the night. If I can sleep as long as I want..14hrs is perfect.

Six hours is my usual . . . may stretch to seven if I am in a lazy mood.

No more than 7, anything more than that is useless. You're wasting your life by sleeping 10-14 hours.

I need about seven hours at night. If I don't have anything to do during the day, I can easily get another five hours. Any more than that and I start getting cramps in my legs, back, and neck. However, I can usually find things to do. The only time I tend to sleep during the day is when I'm feeling extra depressed or when I'm waiting on someone to call or come over and they take their time.
I have to get at least 9. If I don't, I have to make up for it the next night. I prefer 10.

On weekdays I usually fall asleep somewhere around midnight, and then I have to wake up at 5 so I can get to school in time for PT. On the weekends I'll sleep maybe eight hours instead of five. Sometimes, though, I will take an hour nap in the afternoon once I get home from school. If I sleep any longer than eight or nine hours I feel like I'm wasting my day.

Typical adult sleep. Sometimes more, because I have school early and go to bed. I tend to lay there for awhile if I have nothing to do, even if I'm up.

Well, if I have classes I'm normally go to bed around 12 wake up at 8 or so. During summers I often would stay up until 2 or 3 in the morning. I always think better at night or as soon as I get up. I don't function well without at least 6 hrs. No all nighters before exams for me. And I've often analyzed this as well.

Eh, it's anywhere from 6-10, but usually closer to 7 for me. I go to bed around 2-4 and get up at 9:45 for work. I don't do well with even numbered hours of sleep for some reason. I like 5 over 6, as well as 9 over 10. I'm just awesome that way.

I usually get about 5 hours of sleep on good days, but never more than that. To make matters worse, I suffer from clinical insomnia. I can't tell you how many times I've not slept and just went to school the following morning, such as what is happening now.

I am going with that as well, I do occasionally sleep 8 hours but it more likely i only do 5 hours on any given day.
I did 8 hours these past 3 days but that really rare though.

With school and a job in the social world (grocery store), I need a lot of time to myself to make up for the time spent with a multitude of people, and I find it often cuts into my sleep. So it's about five hours a night, but sometimes four. Once school is over, that will hopefully double. I often read through the night. It's a great escape after 15 hours of blah, blah, blah.

Perhaps depends on which stage of life you are at. I am 30 and don't tend to sleep more than 7 hours a night.

I guess I usually sleep for about seven hours, but I can go to either extreme. I think my records are 40 straight hours without sleep, and 24 straight hours of sleep (if semi-sleeping counts-- meaning waking up, checking the clock, rolling over and going back to sleep).
I like sleeping and would do it for longer periods of time....except for the fact that I'm exceptionally poor at doing it.

When I need to get things done, usually I go to bed at 3 or 4 am, when I finish assignments/projects at the last minute. Things done procrastinating usually bear better results for me.
Regular sleeping schedule? Uh, on school nights I go to bed at 11:00ish. On Friday-Sunday, usually from the hours of 12 am to 3 am. I then wake up at noon or later, like today. :)
I really hate sleeping though, to be honest. I hate the feeling one gets when getting up. I can be more efficient using my energy than conserving it. I generate more ideas too.

My sleeping habits tend to vary. The past few weeks I've been getting about 6-8 hours a night, until last night when I went to bed at 7 and woke up at 10:30 this morning. Not sure what happened there?
