How to make polls?

I have seen many polls on this site, I want to make some, but I can't find out how? or do I have to reach a certain number of posts to be able to do it?

After clicking the "New Thread" button and typing your post, scroll down to "Additional Options." Check the checkbox that says "Yes, post a poll with this thread" and select the number of poll options. After clicking "Submit New Thread," you should be taken to the poll editor, where you can create the poll and change the options. As far as I know, there isn't any sort of post count that is required in order to create polls.
