Tell Stories About Avatars

I know that there was a very entertaining thread just like this one a while ago, but I don't know where it went. So I'm going to make a new one. For the uninitiated, I'll retell the instructions.

Basically, you tell a story featuring the avatar of the person who posted before you. Also, because avatars change, be sure to add a picture of the avatar you're describing. All good? Okay then. GO.

She had always knows the neighbors thought her odd. They just never knew how very far from the truth they were - and not in any direction they would imagine. They thought her a witch - she knew herself to be other, other and much much older. She knew the ice had only begun to melt that had once covered the entire world while they lived in fear of such small changes and dreaded death by fire. Next month the ice would return. She would wait.
