So, I've had a theory for a long time; that I fluctuate between motivated relatively extroverted and unmotivated introverted. The theory also states that I'm sort of riding a sine wave which is sometimes below zero and sometimes above which corresponds to the feelings I listed before. I started tracking how I feel and I only have a few months of data so I don't have any results yet, but I was wondering what you guys think.

Have any of you ever noticed a tendency for you to spend a month or two feeling more extroverted and then a month or two feeling more introverted?

I get that, kinda, but it's more like I'll spend a week being extroverted, three weeks being introverted, and two weeks wanting to just live under my bed. Then usually another week of being introverted before I get that starting burst of motivation/extrovertedness again. I'd be tempted to say it's a manic/depressive cycle type thing, but I'm not depressed.

I've noticed this with how much emotion I feel, though I haven't been keeping track.

I've noticed a heavy influence like what you talk about in all aspects of my life, blueback. It will often coincide with certain holidays, seasons, and forced social gatherings, period of success/failure, but it is rarely consistent enough that I can find a pattern to it.
