Everyone has different tastes. What food do you really enjoy that others would find most unsavory?
Me: Whole cultured buttermilk.

Once I tried pickles in vanilla ice cream. It tasted like chocolate. So good. Whenever I tell others to try it, they look at me and ask me if I was pregnant because apparently only pregnant women can like pickles in vanilla. Whatever.

Whenever I use ketchup I put loads of pepper in it. Thats not really gross though...
I like a lot of foods that people dont normally like (spinach, brussel sprouts, broccoli). Oh eating sun chips with mashed potatoes and gravy is delicious. not really disgusting though... hmm.

Blue cheese and black olives. In fact, I would have few qualms with eating a paste of mashed together blue cheese and black olives, which I'm sure most people would.

If you like martinis (gin or vodka), try one with bleu cheese stuffed green olives. To die for!!

Rapa is my favourite brand of scrapple. A lot of people have never heard of it. Most are utterly appalled by it. I love it too.

They are. I think we should dump more garbage and nuclear waste into the ocean, just to kill off all the allegedly edible crap that lives in there.
If you like martinis (gin or vodka), try one with bleu cheese stuffed green olives. To die for!!
Anything with vodka in it is not, never has been, and never will be a martini.
Here are some weird things that I like:
Fresh jalapeños, eaten as if they were apples or some other hand-fruit
Sour-Patch-Kids and pecans (it's like key lime pie)
Hot dogs and green olives fried in butter and sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese (I was out of regular food)
Undiluted gin, warm beer, and other unusual booze

raw oysters(yum), ketchup mixed with horseradish for dipping fries, fish, or fried fish in. Jalapeno peppers and cheddar cheese, one of my favorite snacks. Bite of pepper, bite of cheese ;D. Hot chocolate, no sugar or sweeteners, have to make it myself from cocoa, milk optional. Garlic cloves, though not often. Once or twice a week will munch 1 or 2 at a time.

I was about to type "are you from Pennsylvania?", and then I double-checked your profile first.
Yup.
So, instead: "are you from Southeastern Pennsylvania?"
My Pap would cook this for us when we were kids. I liked syrup. My brothers liked mustard.
Pap liked both ... at the same time.

Oh, and I like black olives. Which I don't even think could be characterized as gross, per se, but I've found a surprising number of people can't stand them.

Actually, I'm from the central part of the state, which still has much of the same types of foods. Mustard? Never heard of it that way. Maybe I should give it a whirl. Hehe. :)

That sounds delicious. I vaguely remember eating breaded chicken livers when I was a kid. But who knows really. My dad fed us lots of stuff that he had to lie about. "We're having lamb tonight kids!" Wrong. Try raccoon. Seriously, who eats raccoon?? That's crazy. lol.

Braised chicken feet! I tried it once on a dare from a waiter at a Chinese restaurant in Vegas and liked it. I was making plans to visit my INTJ bud in Seattle for a vacation next month. I was looking at a dim sum place and was happy to see it on the menu.

I'm pretty partial to coffee, but I insist that its only ingredients be water and the cheapest coffee you can find-- even Maxwell House is a little too classy for my tastes. But of course I am, in fact, a bit of a prick, a pseudo-(but not actual-) tough guy, and an excruciatingly boring person.

If you have been eating the raw potato toxins yet remain an INTJ, then by all means continue on. ;) I think they are not deadly even when raw, though, unless you eat them for a long time and die of accumulative effects.
(But don't take my word for it!)

Ok, a food I love just came to mind because my mom just made it yesterday....
pickled chicken hearts.
Seriously, I don't know where my grandfather heard of this recipe. But pickled chicken hearts are just plain awesome. I got all my picky and skeptical friends to just gobble them all down.
You basically boil the hearts, which are really cheap and you can find them in the meat section. Then you stick them in a jar, and fill them up with water and pickling seasoning and let them set in the fridge. So awesome.

I like to smash a banana and mix it with milk and sugar. It's kinda chunky :/
I like borscht, too.
Doritos in PB&J sandwiches (I actually do the chips in sandwich thing alot).
chicken fried steak (normal to me, but ppl freak out)

One thing I *dont* like is butter or margarine. People think this is weird too. Yep, I'll order a dry baked potato.

I used to eat peanut butter and bacon bit sandwiches, because my parents only generally had creamy peanut butter and I liked the crunch. Bananna and mayo sandwich is excellent or tomato and mayo sandwich.
Absolutely abhor goat cheese. My wife has two friends who eat cornstarch straight out of the box (the one came over sucking it with a straw) and they love it (no way). I guess its a cultural thing with African American women that lack iron.

Frito mustard sandwhich. Also like fritos in my peanut butter sandwhiches (hate jelly on em). Fritos in my barbeque sandwhiches. I also eat whatever I cook, even if it is an experiment gone horribly awry.

Speaking of the calamari I mentioned up above, I like it when calamari still has the tentacles attached. When I'm out to eat with my mom at a Mongolian barbecue restaurant, I gross her out by sticking the head part of the squid in my mouth but with the tentacles sticking out. I then engage in a fake epileptic fit and then the squid will magically come back to life!
