View Full Version : RTS/RTT games

I'm looking for someone to on occasional basis play RTS/RTT games with, mainly Supreme Commander, World in Conflict & C&C Generals (but not necessary limited to those). The friends I play with now simply seem unable to see the bigger picture during those games and learn from their mistakes :( For me the two only goals here are to (1) do something else then my work and (2) gain new strategic insights.

If anyone feel like giving this a try, please drop me a note.

supreme commander 2 is out, you might want to see what its about. people have said its leaps and bounds above the first game (in terms of interface, units, and general gameplay / strategy). also c&c 4 beta just came out as well (i'm pretty sure its open). i haven't heard anything about that game (good or bad)

i played supreme commander a lot, but not anymore. GL dude.

I heard the opposite, that it was over-simplified trash. As such I had a look over the story and this destroyed all draw for me, doesn't have the same "play as a fanatical cybran" draw.

Too bad you don't play civ. Now that's some pretty awesome strategy, and something I would be willing to commit to and play. (civ 4)

or CoH. I would play that and it is an RTS. The only one I play these days (although infrequently). It has some remarkable strategy to it as well as tactics.

I'd like to try team-play with a fellow INTJ. I'm not sure how many INTJs would respond to such a request on a youtube video - I probably wouldn't. And in case of popular vids, a comment gets out of view really fast.
