Thanks for the resize, but I'm afraid I have no skill with these things. How do I get that document into a form I can put into the Edit Avatar section?

Your pic is the wrong shape, and too small to do anything about it without it being pixelated or stretched.

A larger pic is preferable, but this one doesn't look too bad.

Oops! While I exported the edit to PNG (the source format), my uploader was set to PDF.
