Percentage?

Hey, what's with that percentage bar over the avatars? What's it measuring? What happens if someone gets to 100%? Confetti and a big ol' party?

The percent (and the associated bar) is based upon the number of posts made by a user, where four thousand posts equals one hundred percent. The titles change from "new member" to "member" at eighty, from member to "veteran member" at two thousand and then on to "core member" at four thousand. Afterwhich the title remains static and the post-whole percent continues increasing as additional posts are made - 120%, 150%, 200% so on et cetera.
