Well this (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) is another well done flick from Scorsese.

First 90% of the film was a disturbing trip down into the subconscious. Visually this was an amazing movie...sort of a Moulin Rouge interpretation of Hitchcock. Ending left a funny taste in my mouth. Dialog lacked the little nuances that made Scorsese's character's come alive, but the nuance of other areas of the film and the disturbing overall setting of the film made up for it.

Its no Departed or Taxi Driver, but its worth your $10 bucks.

I haven't see it yet but I want to. Thanks for the heads up that it's worth it. :)

I had originally intended to see it on its opening night, but unfortunately it was sold out. However, I was able to see it on Thursday.

I absolutely loved it. I thought it was brilliantly done. The score's fantastic, the cinematography is absolutely breathtaking, the acting is great, the plot is intriguing, etc. I loved everything about it...and the more I think about it, the more I like it.

It was was good. I've heard of many people saying that they didn't like it because they supposedly figured it out within x number of minutes into the movie, but I don't think that really matters. I'm tired of people focusing on the 'twist' and the ending. There's so much more to it than just the last twenty minutes. It's a brilliant psychological character study. Just because you saw the ending coming doesn't invalidate the entire film.

I can't wait to see it again. I'm also looking forward to reading the book. I tend to prefer to read books before seeing the movies, but I didn't in this case. Oh well.

I liked it. Made me think about it days after I saw it. It had an impact like European movies usually do. Not the typical Hollywood fast food for thought.

I hated the first 80% of the movie. The ending was good though. It was a pretty strange movie.

I loved that movie. Actually had a lot of depth and development to it unlike Inception which I felt was just some basic philosophy inbetween gun fights and a cool concept.

Similar to my thoughts, except I'll lower that to 60%, the beginning (before any clue) was good though.

Inception was better IMO but I just watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind which was much better than either of those two. All three had some similarities.
