Unlike the INTJ description, routine has "balanced" me and given me space to explore my ideas in the admin arena. Some of these have paid off well for employers and friends. Currently, seeking / applying for work, considering options, and developing a comprehensive management tool for a dyslexic user.
I temped for a long time following 2 decent-time progressive positions, but have taken a sabbatical (and now want to return to work). I can show where I've streamlined a department's functions by 50%, affected 20%+ of increased revenues, and negotiated 30%-50% savings on products / service contracts.
I'm very confident except for the pondering of whether I should be staying within the admin arena or somewhere else.
