Meh, I'd consider it to be overall mood, activity, chemical affectors( :o) and attitude. I consider sanity(or lack thereof) as a relative description.

Awesome. I just started learning about a month ago, but Im nowhere near fluent yet.

unless you speak a language at home and/or in your surroundings (living abroad), you will not be fluent. i studied spanish for 5 years, but cannot recall one bit of it now! it's like toning your muscles. but once you know how to tone your muscles, it is faster for you to tone them bc you know all the basics!

I personally know about one fluent Russian speaker. It would be nice to have somebody online to communicate/study with.

I want to travel to the Motherland some day, and I have a hunch Russian may be one of the few languages left after WW3.
