I love Klaus, he's a mad scientist INTJ in Girl Genius (http://www.girlgeniusonline.com/) who actually managed to conquer and rule steampunk Europe. He acts as the major antagonist.

He's actually holding the lid to a skull, and talking how he wants to put the protagonists' brain in a clone so he can control her hereditary castle, but I couldn't fit the whole pic in with the avatar guidelines.
