The Big Five is currently the most accepted personality model in the scientific community. The Big Five emerged from the work of multiple independent scientists/researchers starting in the 1950s who using different techniques obtained similar results. Those results were that there are five distinct personality traits/dimensions. Here are your results on each dimension:

Extroversion results were low which suggests you are very reclusive, quiet, unassertive, and secretive.

Orderliness results were medium which suggests you are moderately organized, structured, and self controlled while still remaining flexible, varied, and fun.

Emotional Stability results were moderately low which suggests you are worrying, insecure, emotional, and anxious.

Accommodation results were low which suggests you are overly selfish, uncooperative, and difficult at the expense too often of the well being of others.

Inquisitiveness results were medium which suggests you are moderately intellectual, curious, and imaginative.

Way off in too many areas, 30 questions nowhere near enough. Especially with such extreme judgements at relatively low percentages. RCOAI about 50% off too. Doesn't seem that you can have 2 aspects as part of your personality that according to the test are opposites :undecided:

I didn't like this test, I thought that the way they appraised your personality was biased and ignorant. For example just because my extroversion is low doesn't mean I'm not assertive and just because I think of myself first doesn't make me "uncooperative" and "selfish".

It seemed very judgmental and thought little of you if you weren't working for the benefit of society at large.

The big five personality factors actually correlate quite strongly with the mbti.

To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts._Five

I/E to Extraversion
N/S to Openness (called inquisitiveness in this)
T/F to Agreeableness (called accommodation here)
J/P to Conscientiousness (called orderliness here)

If you look closer though, and carefully read the definitions, you'll see they aren't exactly the same though.

Here's a post I did (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) that discusses the correlation between the Big 5/SLOAN dimensions and the MBTI dimensions.

Keep in mind that the specific correlation figures shown in that Wikipedia chart (1) were based on one small sample and (2) aren't the correlations between the MBTI types and the specific similarminds tests linked to in this thread and the main SLOAN/Big 5 thread (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.). If you look at the correlations in that main thread between the posters' stated MBTI types and the similarminds Big 5 results, I think you'll see that the correlations are very high -- and that, where there's a mismatch, it tends to be for someone with fairly close-to-the-middle scores on the mismatched dimension.

Got RCOEI for both the word pair and the longer test.
At least on the word pair test I got organized as my primary type... I got egocentric on the longer test.

I have taken this test about 5 times, trying to pick it apart, and disprove it, however I get the same results every time. It's frustrating to me, because I feel it is wrong about so so so much. Everything I listed in bold print is absolutely wrong. For example, "tattoo averse", I have 2 tattoo's, and I find them very sexy and attractive when done with taste. I am just wondering how many other people there are that have taken this test as well, and found it to be half horseshit, or like myself, disagree strongly with some or most of what they have been typed as. Please discuss.
