I've been a frequenter to the INFJ forum for about a year now, and I thought it was about time to gain a wider variety of MBTI prospective in my life.

Or, kind of. My father as well as two of my good friends are INTJ, so I'm already fairly familiar with the interaction style. And I have to say, I quite enjoy what I've had so far :D

Anyway, pleasure to be here!

You've seen the other intro threads, right? Where we rake people over the coals mercilessly? Ask them ultra-personal and preposterous questions? Steal their stuff?

Well, we knew you wanted that. That's why YOU AIN'T GETTIN' IT, BABY!

HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!

Aw damn! And here I thought I would finally get shoved in the dirt like I've always wanted :(

Btw, what does the percentage bar beneath the username signify?

Number of "clean kills."

No, actually its your post count as a percentage of 4,000. The "membership" levels are:

New Member: 0 - 74 (I think)
Member: 75 - 1,999
Veteran Member: 2,000- 3,999
Core Member: 4,000 - infinity

Now I get it. The noob put the word "spanking" in there as a Freudian slip, revealing its* inner-most desires.

*You'll get a pronoun after your 50th kill.

Hello Gloomy optomist. Welcome and congratulations on your recent kills. We can hang them in my garage while they bleed out with the door open for all to see as they drive by. Hope your stint here is theraputic like mine.

Yeah, that sounds like a good plan -- make sure to put down a tarp first to make the clean-up easier.

A belated welcome, gloomy optimist!

I vacillate between t and f myself, and have been at the INFJ forum too. The two are very different, are they not? How are you enjoying this forum so far?

In case there's anything you haven't picked up on yet:

Check out the forum reference guide here (http://intjforum.com/faq.php?faq=guide). It has a summary of what type of posting is, and is not, allowed/encouraged on the forum. I recommend looking at it to avoid ridicule, post deletion, and possible death.

If you're looking for more info than that, you can read almost everything you need to know about the forum here (http://intjforum.com/faq.php), and a few more miscellaneous questions about forum features are answered by this thread here (http://intjforum.com/showthread.php?t=11698).

If you have questions not covered by these links, or need help with some aspect of the forum, you can create a thread in the Support & Feedback section (http://intjforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=8), or contact one of the moderators on this list (http://intjforum.com/showgroups.php).

Please, continue to enjoy!
