When pondering the amounts of nothingness that politicians have managed to fit into spaces so large that common sense demands that they necessitate somethingness, are there any particular people who are noted for their ability to say nothing at all?
As Orwell wrote, "Political language is designed to makes lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind."
I want examples, people: real-life answers by respectable individuals and politicians.
What speeches are noted for their design to make wind appear solid, while actually being nothing but wind themselves?

Anything uttered by anybody at any point when campaigning for president...

On the other hand, there were some politicians who knew how to make their words count. Presidents Lincoln and Coolidge come to mind.

This is a complicated and critical issue, and it deserves a serious debate."
