Resize?

I tried resizing it in the program I use, but for some reason it won't let me set at the exact size of 115 x 145 pixels...help?

I tried sharpening it so it's not so blurry, pretty tough to get a good resize on such a small picture.

It's still saying it's not the right size. I might just have to resort to one of the others.

I think that one might be too close to the 20kB file size limit. I made it smaller, try this one:

Yeah, you are right. Mine was 19.78kb. It should be less than or equal to 19.5kb.
