I love these kind of personality tests, and this one was administered professionally through my work. This one takes about 15-20 minutes if I remember - it's been about 6 months.
Basically it says there are four 'core motivators' that drive an individual and there are a slew of characteristics that follow each color.
The colors are as follow
Red: Driven by power
Blue: Driven by intimacy
Yellow: Driven by fun
White: Driven by peace
(sound familiar?)
I tested 60% white and about 15% red and the rest yellow/blue. With the free test you won't get the break down like I did, but you will get a generic main core that is still kind of accurate.
WHITES are motivated by PEACE.
They seek independence and require kindness. They resist confrontation at all costs. To them, feeling good is more important than being good. They are typically quiet by nature, process things very deeply and objectively with great clarity. Of all the colors, WHITES are the best listeners. They respect people who are direct but recoil from perceived hostility or verbal battle.
WHITES need their "alone time" and refuse to be controlled by others. WHITES want to do things their own way and in their own time. They ask little of others and resent others demanding much of them. WHITES are much stronger than people think, but are not often seen for their strength because they don't easily reveal their feelings. WHITES are even-tempered, diplomatic, and the voice of reason; but can also be indecisive, unexpressive, and silently stubborn. When others interact with you, as a WHITE you respond to them best if they are kind, accepting and supporting of your individuality, and if they look for non-verbal clues to understand your feelings.
In my line of work, there are a total of 8 of us that are my equivalents. We all ran for our positions and were elected by the student body. 3 of us were Reds, 2 were Blue, 2 were Yellow and I was the only White they claimed to have had in years. I'm really glad they did this test, because I can totally.. work.. the other people much better now that I understand how and why they function.
I'm willing to bet that most INTJ's are white with a few reds in there.

Congratulations. You are RED.
REDS are motivated by POWER. They seek productivity and need to look good to others. Simply stated, REDS want their own way. They like to be in the driver's seat and willingly pay the price to be in a leadership role. REDS value whatever gets them ahead in life, whether it be in their careers, school endeavors, or personal life. What REDS value, they get done. They are often workaholics. They will, however, resist doing anything that doesn't interest them.
REDS like to be right. They value approval from others for their intelligence and practical approach to life, and want to be respected for it. REDS are confident, proactive, and visionary; but can also be arrogant, selfish, and insensitive. When others interact with you, as a RED you respond to them best if they are precise, factual, direct, AND show no fear!
Wow... Doesn't that make me look like a power-hungry tyrant? By the way, it said: As a child. I'm not sure what they mean. I don't know if I should still be considered a child, so I pretty much answered what I'm like today.

Id say its remarkably accurate as far as I go.
i took this test with a group of friends. I was being a spaz. Came out white/blue (more blue if i remember but i was choosing answers to choose answers.)

Have to say, and I sent the same feedback to them, many questions forced an answer that was either oblique or inaccurate..since my preference would have been...None of the above. They didn't allow a wide enough range for responses ...but scrunching to find an answer I could live with.. I came out a White.

Congratulations. You are BLUE.
BLUES are motivated by INTIMACY. They seek to genuinely connect with others, and need to be understood and appreciated. Everything they do is quality-based. They are loyal friends, employers, and employees. Whatever or whomever they commit to is their sole (and soul) focus. They love to serve and give themselves freely in order to nurture others' lives.
BLUES have distinct preferences and have the most controlling personality. Their personal code of ethics is remarkably strong and they expect others to live honest, committed lives as well. They enjoy meaningful moments in conversation as well as paying close attention to special life events (e.g. birthdays and anniversaries). BLUES are dependable, thoughtful, and analytical; but can also be self-righteous, worry-prone, and moody. They are "sainted pit-bulls" who never let go of something or someone, once they are committed. When you deal with a BLUE, be sincere and make a genuine effort to understand and appreciate them.

Ya, these are a few of the complaints I had. Hell, I don't remember much of my childhood and I've changed quite a bit since I was that annoying little shit running around the halls of my elementary school. Not sure why they ask about childhood.

Same here. There were too many questions where I had to pick something when nothing was really applicable so I ended up...WHITE.

MOST RETARDED TEST IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND!!
Sorry for the caps, but holy crap, that annoyed the shit out of me.
I was already disgusted on the very first page of questions, but I must have been REALLY freaking curious about the answer I'd get because I muscled through it. And now I want to pound something.
Oh, and btw.
Congratulations. You are YELLOW.
YELLOWS are motivated by FUN. They are inviting and embrace life as a party that they're hosting. They love playful interaction and can be extremely sociable. They are highly persuasive and seek instant gratification. YELLOWS need to be adored and praised. While YELLOWS are carefree, they are sensitive and highly alert to others' agendas to control them. YELLOWS typically carry within themselves the gift of a good heart.
Yeah. Whatever... I need to make a note to myself to not take tests shortly after waking up. Somebody could get hurt. :p

Maybe your childhood is the 'real', unaltered you? I changed quite a lot since I just turned 14 (I was still very naive and to be frank, quite stupid and self-absorbed during the middle of eighth grade), and it was just one year later and I'm completely a changed person. I personally think that parents often start shaping their children's personalities since they were born, so no one would be really 'unaltered'. If I had to fill in according to when I was eight or nine, I'd be quite ashamed of myself. Believe me, I was a spoilt princess who believed everyone to be her servant. I was inconsiderate, arrogant and ignorant. I thought that the world revolved around me and had no consideration for others; just what I want. It wasn't until this year that I had realized that if I were to deal with a person (he/she could be any age) with the qualities of my younger self, I would resent he/she bitterly. I would resent her bitterly. I'd rather not think that it's my 'true' nature. I am under the impression that childhood is at least until you're fifteen or eighteen.

Usually I can BARELY agree with one... but this one there was just nothing. I force-picked the one that was most logical. Which was immensely difficult for the one-worded answers.

Yes, completely accurate. I believe my secondary colour is white. I'm quite sure I'm not red and 100% sure I'm not yellow. Go Blues!
Also, I agree with the majority. The questions were simply too hard. I was both an arrogant and perfectionist child! How can I pick between the two???

I got Red, but I think that the second paragraph of White describes me very well also.
The one thing I did NOT like about the White description was the part about how feeling good is more valuable than being good. That's a bunch of crap. I hate being so one-sided here, but I honestly think that just going with whatever feels good over what's ACTUALLY good is just wrong.
But without that, I'd say I'm Red and White equally. They're very different parts of my personality.
