Anyhoo.. how do I make one of those vote chart thingys?

To the right of the "start new topic" button there is a "start new poll" button. Click on that one instead of the new topic and it'll include a poll.

How does the reputation thing work in the profiles? I was going to try it and see, but then it wanted me to write an essay or something, so I decided against it.

Are the results visual in any way? What happens when a person accumulates a lot of points or whatever?

The reputation system is functional, but currently serves no real purpose. I'm probably going to disable it altogether unless I come up with a reason to have it. Some forums use reputation points to award members for contributions, allow other members to give them reputation for good or bad posts, etc. (I'm not planning on that here unless there is demand)

The results are only visual in the user profile as a number of points they have received. When you give a user reputation, you'll be asked to leave a comment. If I remember correctly, everyone can read reputation comments.
